Renting the Education Center

The NETC Education Center is conveniently located only 1.3 miles from beautiful historic Bennington. This newly renovated open space boasts large windows that face our 96-acre nature reserve and views of the Green Mountains. Our 2,000 square foot meeting area holds 150 people and is a perfect for professional engagements such as:100_0313

All events are welcome to use the nature reserve as well as the indoor space. The Norman & Selma Conservation Reserve is directly across Route 7 and boasts a large wildflower meadow, wetlands surrounding the peaceful Jewett Brook and woodland trails.

NETC has chairs to accommodate 45 persons, eight folding tables eight feet in length, LCD Projector and screen, and a caterer’s kitchen.

Room Rental Policy and Procedures

  • One friend of NETC or someone appointed by NETC must be present for the duration of the event.
  • A licensed caterer or bartender must serve alcohol. All alcohol must remain indoors.
  • Groups may use the LCD projector and screen but are required to provide their own computer.
  • Catering is allowed by company’s approved by NETC.
  • Renters are responsible for setting up the furniture in a way that suits their needs. The furniture may be left in the same manner that the group used it.
  • Groups must leave the room free of trash and papers.
  • Renters are not to park in a manner that blocks the motel entrance.
  • Payment of rental fee is due two weeks before the event date.
